Re: Get to know the Brew Crew Part I

Great Idea, but really boring questions.
I don't drink much beer, but I would definately buy a bit of Dry hopped Belgian black sour oak aged then triple dry hopped sahti.
Have you ever tried Tej? I made some last year and would love to share some if you want to try it--Made from honey 5:1 water and uses twigs from a plant in the hawthorne family (gesho) to start the fermentation. Nothing else. I think it is pretty tasty--used as a ceremonial wine in ancient and modern Ethiopia. The fermentation only takes 4 weeks, it is really amazing.
Maybe I'll see you on sunday after the bike ride.
Joe.

Hmmm...James could you be anymore cynical when giving your answers? Either way I don't care I learned more about you in 1 minute than I have since I was stealing your ladies at the new born ward in St. Lukes. Oh ya, you need to change the answer to what was a pet peeve of yours to, "Denver signing a lazy brazilians to Monster Contracts."
