Chef E was born and raised in a small rural farming village in Northeast Thailand, a region called Essan known for its traditional music and spicy foods. Her food is inspired by the traditional Thai life found in her village, and so all the smells and textures of rural Thailand can be found when eating at Lime and a Coconut.
