The Sofa King Adventurous Club strikes again with our next upcoming event in the series.

We’ve partnered with Boise Goat Yoga to bring you a special event, exclusively for Sofa King Adventurous Club members. Not a member yet? Joining the club is easy! All you have to do is sign-up and participate in your first event to earn your membership pin.

Join us on Sunday, May 1st at the Lively Balance Urban Farm for Sofa King Baaalanced, an afternoon of good vibes and playful relaxation. In this special 2-hour event, the Urban Farm’s seven miniature pygmy goats and two Nigerian dwarf goats will join you in a gentle guided vinyasa flow, and maybe even provide some assistance with your poses! Then, we’ll have time to hand feed, pet, and play with the goats, with lots of photo-ops on the Rad Red Sofa. And of course, Sofa King Sunny will be flowin’ too!

No yoga experience is necessary! The event is open to all abilities; note that we will be moving from sitting to standing postures.
