Salmon-Safe is happy to officially announce the launch of their Trout-Safe program! As they continue to implement their work further into the interior-Columbia Basin, they’re excited to further support and facilitate the transitions of growers, ranchers, and land stewards to climate resilient agricultural practices across the region with this new program.
To kick off the Trout-Safe program launch, we invite folks to join us Thursday, May 18th to celebrate its launch at Payette Brewing. We will be releasing a beer brewed with Idaho-sourced grains and hops in the Trout-Safe program, alongside other conservation groups, like Henry's Fork Foundation, Friends of the Teton River, and TNC ID all in attendance to discuss their watershed conservation work across Idaho and the mountain west.
