Womeness in the Wilderness is held each month as a way to encourage women to enjoy the outdoors and connect with other women in the area. Location and experience changes monthly. Ladies, it's time to break out the confetti and crank up the music because we're throwing the ultimate birthday bash to celebrate none other than our incredible Womeness founder, Genevieve!

Join us Sunday, July 21st as we team up with BURN & DJ IMMS for an energizing 45-minute strength and endurance workout session designed for all levels and abilities. Led by certified BURN fitness trainers, this session will get those endorphins flowing and our spirits soaring!

So grab your workout gear, bring your positive energy, and get ready to unleash your inner badass!

We welcome and celebrate all abilities. Come as you are, be welcomed as you are, feel empowered as you are.

Womeness In the Wilderness is a financially inclusive series, meaning cost is free with option to pay what you can. All donations go directly towards the operations of Womeness Community to continue to put on events and create accessible content to empower women.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Water (hydration!)

- Wear comfortable layers in case you get warm

- Sunglasses / Sunscreen

- Snacks

Parking is available in the Payette Brewing parking lot.
