We’re committed to taking care of those who’ve taken care of us, and to shining a light on people doing amazing things. That’s why we launched the Payette Forward Program in 2011, which included our local giveback initiative, Kegs 4 Kause. What started as a way for us to give back, stay involved, and make a local impact has grown to be a pillar in our brewery and our community.
Join us every Monday from 6:00 - 10:00 pm, as we donate 50% of our profits from draft beer sales in the Tap Room to a selected Idaho non-profit.
ABOUT:
Wild Hearts Idaho (WHI) grows hearts for leadership through exploring Idaho's wild places. We envision an Idaho where all girls have opportunities to develop their inherent leadership skills. We believe in creating an Idaho where girls access outdoor adventure, connect with their inner selves, gain support in their personal growth, and emerge as confident female leaders. We do this by providing an average of 15-18 adventures annually, engaging over 100 individual participants aged 12-18 in the Treasure Valley Area. These trips are led by a dedicated team of volunteer adventure mentors alongside two staff members. Trips include white water rafting, backpacking in McCall, Stanley, and surrounding areas, hiking in the Boise foothills and Boise National Forest, rock climbing, camping in state parks and monuments like Craters of the Moon, and snowshoeing. Since its inception in May 2016, the organization has steadily expanded its reach, offering an increasing number of adventures each year while attracting more girls and volunteers.
