If you’ve visited our Tap Room in the last few months, you may have noticed a new member of the brew crew. With a name (and a mustache) straight out of an action movie and some noticeable coloring book-esque tattoos occupying most of his limbs, manager Nick Chambers has spent the last few months observing and refining the way we operate our Tap Room.
OARS four day white water river excursion on the Lower Salmon River // Payette Sales Rep, Taylor Steele and Brewer, Nina Schoofs joined the fun this year and teamed up with Bittercreek Alehouse for this Craft Beer and Food Pairing on a 4 day rafting trip.

STAFF FEATURE // Meet Logan, one of Payette’s valued employees. On any given day, you can find Logan manning the canning line and packaging warehouse, transferring beer to and from tanks or coming to the rescue if one of the many moving parts in the brewery needs adjusting. Outside of Payette, you can find Logan playing his guitar, drawing, or at a music venue with friends. Cheers to 5 years with this hard working guy… We’re lucky to call him a co-worker!

In 2014, Payette Brewing adopted Polecat Loop in the Boise Foothills Ridge to Rivers Trail System. We “Payette Forward” with our annual maintenance and clean-up to preserve the trails for all the bikers, hikers and trail runners.
